Hello Local Postcards LLC (“Hello Local,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides postcard advertising services for businesses in Las Vegas and Henderson. We are based in Henderson, Nevada 89014.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with our website, business inquiries, bookings, advertising materials, and customer communications.
This policy does not govern independent advertisers’ websites, appointment systems, stores, or rewards programs. Information submitted directly to an advertiser is subject to that advertiser’s privacy practices.

We collect information when you contact us, join our email list, purchase advertising, submit artwork, approve a proof, request support, or otherwise communicate with us.
We also receive information from the services used to operate the website, process transactions, deliver communications, and manage orders.
For business outreach, we may obtain publicly available business contact details from business websites, directories, or other relevant public sources. Public availability does not mean the business has previously purchased from us or subscribed to our marketing.
Website systems may collect technical information automatically when you visit or interact with the site.
How we use information

Payments
Payments are processed through the payment service presented during checkout. Payment providers handle information according to their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Hello Local uses transaction information needed to administer the purchase, including the amount, payment status, transaction reference, and relevant billing details made available through the payment process.
Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords to our support email or upload forms.

Service providers. Relevant information may be provided to businesses supporting website hosting, payments, communications, artwork production, printing, mailing, storage, customer support, and other disclosed functions.
Professional and legal purposes. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers, payment-dispute participants, regulators, courts, or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate misconduct, resolve disputes, or protect lawful rights.
Business transactions. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable restrictions and continued handling under the relevant privacy commitments.
At your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize it.
Approved advertising content. Your approved ad is intended for distribution. Business names, logos, offers, phone numbers, addresses, and other details included in the approved artwork will appear in the purchased campaign.
Private billing information, internal instructions, and unapproved uploads are not intended for public display. Separate permission is required for public portfolio use beyond the campaign authorization.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology
Website functions may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain selections, support checkout, remember preferences, and help prevent misuse.
Where optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may collect information about visits, devices, referrals, and interactions for measurement or advertising purposes. Depending on the enabled service, third parties may collect information about activity over time and across different websites.
You can manage cookies through your browser and through website preference controls where provided. Blocking essential functionality may affect features such as checkout or stored selections. Declining optional advertising or analytics should not prevent an ordinary purchase.

Marketing and service communications

We may continue sending communications needed for an existing inquiry, purchase, proof approval, payment issue, or support request.
Providing a phone number for the advertising review call does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional texts or automated marketing calls. Optional marketing permissions are separate from the purchase agreement.
Your privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.
Depending on your location, the nature of the information, and the laws applicable to our activities, additional rights may include obtaining a copy of information, opting out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, limiting certain uses of sensitive information, or appealing a decision.

For requests requiring identity verification, we may request reasonable information to confirm that the records belong to you. Authorized agents may need to demonstrate their authority. Verification requirements will not be imposed where applicable law prohibits them, including for certain advertising opt-out requests.
We respond within the applicable legal period and explain any lawful exception, extension, or denial. We do not penalize individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Nevada privacy requests
Where Nevada’s online privacy provisions apply to our activities and your information, you may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information collected about you.

Applicable verified requests will receive a response within 60 days. If a legally permitted extension of up to 30 additional days is reasonably necessary, we will notify you.
This provision does not mean that every disclosure to a service provider constitutes a sale under Nevada law.
Other state privacy rights
Where applicable state law provides rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will process requests according to that law.
For California-covered activities, “sharing” can include disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where required, qualifying opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, will be honored.

Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to complete orders, provide support, maintain required records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and honor communication preferences.
Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for holding it, the status of the customer relationship, and applicable obligations.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or appropriately de-identified, subject to lawful recordkeeping and backup-management requirements. Limited suppression information may be retained to avoid contacting someone who has opted out.
Deletion of electronic records does not retrieve postcards already printed or distributed under an approved order.
Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved.
No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely free from risk. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to support@hellolocalpostcards.com.
Nothing in this policy eliminates obligations imposed by applicable data-protection or breach-notification law.
Children
Our advertising purchase service is intended for adults acting for businesses. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact us so the information can be investigated and handled appropriately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or obligations. The effective date identifies the applicable version.
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website notice or direct communication where required. Separate permission will be obtained where a new use requires consent.
