Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Hello Local Postcards website and its related features.

“Hello Local,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business providing services under the Hello Local Postcards name, Hello Local Postcards LLC, based in Henderson, Nevada 89014.

Please read these Terms before using the website. Advertising purchases require acceptance of these Terms and the Advertising Terms presented before payment. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Accepted order details and Advertising Terms control where they conflict with general website language. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly modifies those terms.

Eligibility and purchasing authority

Advertising purchases are intended for individuals at least 18 years old who are authorized to act for the business placing the order.

You must provide accurate information and have authority to use the selected payment method. Purchasing on behalf of a business represents that you have permission to bind that business to the order.

Permitted use

You may use the website to learn about Hello Local, compare services, view samples, request information, purchase advertising, submit approved materials, and retain copies of relevant purchase documents.

Subject to applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish protected website material without permission, except for uses expressly allowed by these Terms.

Ordinary browser caching, personal records of your purchases, and lawful uses are not prohibited.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate someone, submit unauthorized orders, access another customer’s records, or misrepresent your authority to advertise a business.

You may not introduce malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, bypass access restrictions, collect private customer information, or use automated activity that disrupts the service.

You may not upload unlawful or infringing content or misuse forms, messaging features, and submission links to harass others or send unrelated unsolicited communications.

Intellectual property

Hello Local’s original website copy, branding, artwork, and other protected materials belong to their lawful owner.

Licensed templates, fonts, photographs, software components, advertiser assets, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms.

Using the website does not transfer ownership of Hello Local’s brand or grant permission to reuse another advertiser’s artwork.

Rights relating to materials submitted for an advertising purchase are described in the Advertising Terms.

Private links and access

Some order details, artwork submissions, and approval screens may be accessed through private links or credentials.

You are responsible for protecting access information provided to you and for notifying us if it has been shared or used without authorization.

Do not access a booking or submission page that belongs to another customer.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access. That restriction does not automatically remove obligations connected with a valid paid order.

Electronic records and communications

When you choose to purchase electronically, you agree to receive order-related records and communications electronically for that transaction.

These may include confirmations, receipts, artwork requests, proofs, approvals, deadline notices, mailing updates, and responses to support requests.

Provide a working email address and phone number and notify us when they change. You may retain or print copies of your order records and accepted terms.

Order-related communication permissions do not constitute unlimited consent to unrelated marketing, promotional texts, or automated marketing calls.

Third-party links and advertiser offers

The website and postcards may include links, QR codes, advertisements, or other references to third-party businesses.

Those businesses are responsible for their own products, services, qualifications, offers, and customer transactions. Their websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean Hello Local guarantees the advertiser’s performance or endorses every claim it makes.

Website information and availability

We aim to maintain accurate service information and a functioning website. However, general website materials may contain errors, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Subject to applicable law, general website access and information are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

General website disclaimers do not override the services, price, coverage, or other commitments accepted in a paid order.

If an error affects a proposed purchase, we will identify it before confirming a corrected order. We will not silently increase an accepted price or substitute a materially different service.

Access restrictions

We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to address prohibited conduct, fraud, legal requirements, or risks to the website or its users.

Restrictions will not be used to prevent access to records or remedies that applicable law requires us to provide.

Limitations and protected rights

To the extent permitted by law, Hello Local is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of general website information.

Liability relating to a paid advertising order is addressed in the Advertising Terms.

No provision excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing prohibits an honest review, a report to a regulator, or the exercise of a right that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to these Terms

Updates apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Material changes will be identified through an appropriate notice.

Changes do not retroactively replace the accepted price, refund policy, or other material conditions of a paid order without agreement.

The version accepted for an order should remain available with that order’s records.

Governing law and courts

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and the Advertising Terms are governed by Nevada law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Unless the parties separately agree otherwise, disputes may be brought in Nevada state courts located in Clark County or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. The parties consent to those courts where legally permitted.

This provision does not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or separated as necessary without invalidating the remaining provisions.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive later enforcement. Changes to an individual order require an authorized agreement rather than an assumption based on an unrelated website update.
